Announce campaign and request appointment of Department Captains.**

Establish the Department/Agency campaign timetable.

Attend SECC training session.

Establish and maintain regular contact with your Department/Agency Captains.

Develop campaign promotion plans.

Assure that all materials are received.

Train Captains.**

Develop internal Department/Agency goals as appropriate.

Organize campaign kick-off within each Department.

Provide reports to the SECC Coordinator in the Office of Management and Budget, Human Resource Management.

Arrange for weekly delivery of all pledges, pledge cards, and pledge listings to the SECC Administrator, United Way.

Develop campaign reporting plan for individual Department/Agency.

Create/maintain a file on the campaign for future reference.

Recognize and thank campaign volunteers through an established Department/Agency recognition program.
