To set an image as background/wallpaper:

1. Select the size of your desired image -- a new window will open with the selected image.
2. In the new window, move your mouse over the image.
3. Right click, then, select "Set as Background" if you are using Internet Explorer, or select "Set as Wallpaper" for Netscape.
